How do I know if Confprice is the right service for me
If you are a commercial buyer or work for an organization’s IT department and you are buying network switches, storage/flash arrays, HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) or Servers then we can provide online automated price checks of quotes/offers from suppliers and vendors. Accuracy increases with larger purchases over $20,000. We can work as your traditional internal consultancy, but much faster and at a lower cost. There are no meetings, onboarding, scoping or project management costs, just immediate results with cloud based consulting.
What do I need to do?
You need to first register and once your email is confirmed you can then login and upload your quote/offer, configuration and pricing details. You can do this by selecting the service and uploading a pdf copy of the offer from the supplier. An offer from a vendor in PDF format is required, this is the standard type of quote or offer from an IT supplier. It must contain model numbers, configuration capacity details and pricing information. Itemised pricing & totals. We only support price checks for large commercial IT equipment, not personal devices such as PCs, tablets or phones.
How does the system work and is my data safe.
Upload a pdf copy of the offer/quote, this is then processed while you watch. We do not share or publish your offer, or any data such as: company, suppliers or personal or contact details. All personal details are confidential and are not published or shared with any other organization. No data is sent to any external AI service. The results and accuracy of the price review depends on the quality and correctness of the data provided by you. We check, verify and if any of your data is inconsistent or missing we may ask for more information. Confprice is a fully automated system which uses 1,000’s of data points with synthetic AI to analyze market trends and pricing for commercial IT equipment. If you are concerned about privacy and you prefer to keep some details private, the quickest and most efficient way of providing your offer details is to remove/black out all of your and suppliers details such as names etc from the PDF offer file which you upload. Only the pricing, quantities, configuration/product details and technical specifications of the offer is used during analysis.

This online service is designed for IT managers, procurement professionals & buyers at the moment. IT companies, vendors, resellers, suppliers and salesmen and who would like to use this service can contact us if they would like access and/or receive market data from us.
The service is the first generation. However, depending on the volume of usage the company reserves the right to charge for the service and change the pricing strategy/fees at any time or charge for its online consultancy services. As more options and services are introduced it is expected that some new services will be free of charge and others will be chargeable.
